Expected Time to Delivery for US customers:

For free shipping, you can expect your package to be SHIPPED WITHIN 7-10 FULL BUSINESS DAYS AFTER your order is placed. USPS and UPS ships PRIORITY MAIL within 1-2 business days. Due to the nature of the products, we handle the packaging process with care and precision. Proper infusion and fermentation are taken seriously as we need 48-72 hours to prepare your package. Also, orders may also ship the same day.

If your products have not arrived 10 days after the date of shipment, contact the carrier (USPS) first, then Info@BeyondBotanix.com for assistance. 

Expected Time to Delivery for International customers:

Your package will be SHIPPED WITHIN 7-10 FULL BUSINESS DAYS AFTER your order is placed. A confirmation email will be sent with your tracking information. Shortly thereafter, a shipping confirmation will be sent with tracking details. Our carriers are DHL Express, UPS & USPS. Due to the nature of the products, we handle the packaging process with care and precision. Proper infusion and fermentation are taken seriously as we need 48-72 hours to prepare your package. Also, orders may also ship the same day.
